The new Hyundai Veloster Turbo SR is expected to be launched in Sydney this October by Hyundai MotorCo Australia (HMCA) at the Australian International Motorshow.
Particular Hyundai models to receive the SR treatment are yet to be confirmed at this stage with more to be unveiled in October.
According to the Hyundai Veloster website, this vehicle is a combination of a coupé and hatchback for practicality and embodies a classic sports car look with added technology to deliver safety, comfort and entertainment.
GoAutoNews suggests that the i30 hatch that was released in Australia in May 2012 is likely to be the first vehicle being given the Turbo SR badge treatment although the HMCA director also told them that Hyundai is still in the evaluation phase and that there was nothing official to confirm at this stage.
